Venue Camping Process

1) Campsites in the campground itself are available on a first come first served basis for the night prior to and the night of the race. The Park campground has over 30 sites. If you are coming from out of state, we recommend arriving the night before the event to secure a site. Please do not call to try and reserve a site as the State does not take reservations this time of year. Also, if you are tagging a site for either night or both and know of folks that would like to share we encourage doing so.

2) If the campground if full, overflow camping is available in the field on the Park Side of Route 9. Enter the park and drive to the upper parking lot. Tents are allowed on the field closest to the parking lot. The fee for camping here is $4 per person. The gate to the park will be open until 10:00. There will be ONE firepit in the field for all to share. Firewood will be available for purchase at the park.

Day Use Equipement Drop

Solo rider or two person teams: There will be day use drop areas available in the campground. Arrive at the entrance of the campground and you will be instructed on where to drop. This process must be done efficiently the morning of the event. After you drop equipment you will be parking your car in the LOWER parking lot of the park or on the street. There will not be any parking available for Day Use Drop users in the campground. If you are a TWO PERSON Team with a quick shade, EZ-UP, etc you may prefer the next option.

3-5 person Teams: We recommend using the field across from the campground, especially if you have a quick shade or EZ Up. Enter the main park entrance and park in the parking lot. Check in will then be across the street. Send your first rider to the race meeting at 7:45 ready to ride!
