7:45 AM Mandatory Pre-Race meeting at Registration Tent (Captains & Solo Riders)

7:50 AM Bicycle Staging for first lap riders

8:00 AM LeMans 12 Hour Race Start

12:00 PM - 8:30 PM BBQ Vendor on site.

12:00 AM - 12:12 AM The 12 Minutes of Bradbury Kids Race

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Obstacle Course Ride!

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Live music by The Pete Kilpatrick Band!

Sunset: 6:43 PM


Lights needed by 4:45 PM

8:00-8:15 PM 12 Hour Race Ends (Riders must start their last lap by 7:00 PM)

8:30 PM Awards Ceremony (We wait until everyone's in!)

8:30 PM- 11:00 PM Post Race Happy Hour at Gritty's in Freeport ($1 off select brews w/ free apps!)

10:00 PM Park Quiet Hours Start
