All Day- Race Course Pre-ride


Saturday

Sunrise: 6:24 AM

6:30-7:45 AM Arrival, equipment drop at campground, & Race Day Packet pickup
Volunteers will be stationed at park entrances to instruct racers and manage parking.

7:45 AM Mandatory Pre-Race meeting at Registration Tent (Captains & Solo Riders)

7:50 AM Bicycle Staging for first lap riders

8:00 AM 12 Hour Race Start (Type to be deterimined)

12:00 PM - 8:30 PM BBQ Vendor on site.

12:00 PMThe 6 Minutes of Bradbury Kids Race

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Live music: Jesse Pilgrim & Friends http://www.myspace.com/jessepilgrim

Lights needed by 4:45 PM

Sunset: 6:45 PM




8:00-8:15 PM 12 Hour Race Ends (Riders must start their last lap by 7:00 PM)

8:30 PM Awards Ceremony (We wait until everyone's in!)

8:30 PM- 11:00 PM Post Race Happy Hour at Gritty's in Freeport ($1 off select brews w/ free apps)

10:00 PM Park Quiet Hours Start
